Minigun
Little experiment I was working with... mostly just playing around with modeling wires. Modeled mostly after the Minigun, but I was more or less just winging it.

XB-70 Valkyrie
In 1964, the US designed the B-70 Valkyrie as a supersonic bomber that was able to avid Soviet interceptor aircraft. However the introduction of the ICBM, as well as surface-to-air missiles, denoted the B-70 program to experimental 3 years before it's first flight.
Redesignated from B-70 to XB-70, the 2 Valkyrie aircraft flew dozens of flights and setting several records, including fastest speed record (which it held for nearly 10 years before being surpassed by the SR-71)

Schwerer Gustav
The Schwerer Gustav is an 800mm railway cannon used by the Germans in WWII. With a weight of nearly 1500 tons, it is the largest gun ever deployed both in sense of weight and caliber

Airbus a320
Designed to compete against the industry leading Boeing 737, the Airbus A320 family is almost completely identical to the 737, both in shape, size, capacity, range, and just about everything else. they are so close that most people can't tell the difference unless they know a lot about planes. The few main external differences are the tail, the landing gear, engine shape and cockpit windows
I decided i would go with Allegiant Air for the livery. Allegiant is a Low Cost Carrier (LCC) that operates in the US and out of my local Airport, K-CVG. I might redo it later with Æther Airways (you know, my fictitious airline)

S-97 Raider
The Raider is designed as the next gen for helicopters. boasting high speed and great maneuverability, this new Sikorsky is planing to see combat in the near future, given that they are ordered...
MD-80
McDonnell Douglas MD-80 aircraft. When it comes to intra-continental travel, no aircraft can top the MD-80 Family... Well maybe a Boeing 737, but that's beside the point. With nearly 1200 made in the Md-80 Family, it dominates the skies in the world of Regional jets.
YB-49
This is the predecessor to the B-2. The YB-49 was an experimental bomber designed by the father of the flying wing. This plane was large, fast, and incredibly agile (look up some of the videos of it)
converted from the Northrop YB-35, a propeller driven version that is otherwise almost identical, the YB-49 paved the way for the modern sleek B-2 Spirit. They even used the same wingspan on the B2 as they did on the YB-49

Northrop Tacit Blue
Well, this was an interesting one to make.
This is the Northrop Tacit Blue. You see, long before our fancy B2 Spirit or our F117 Nighthawk, this was the closes thing to stealth. The Tacit Blue was designed as a prototype to demonstrate stealth. But, as one of the engineers who designed it said "this has got to be the most unstable aircraft man has ever flown"
Also known by many other nicknames including "the whale" and "alien school bus"
Idea given to me by my friend on dA; StreakTheXB-70

Ford Trimotor
This is the Ford Trimotor, a beautiful plane from the 1930s. This was one of the planes from the interwar era, when passanger airliners were just starting, and metals started to replace wood and fabric as the building material for aircraft. This plane was built by the Stout Metal Airplane Co. a company that was bought out 10 odd years before this plane by Ford.
Boeing 777
The Boeing 777, known to avegeeks as the "triple seven", is a widebody aircraft that was first flown 1994, the 777 bridges the gap between the 747 and 767 airliners as far as capacity (which is a huge gap)
This is also one of my early attempts at an interior. You can see this slightly in the windows but more so in the windshield.
